Facebook’s fundraising tools are not universally available and their functionality can vary by country. The ability to create or donate to fundraisers on Facebook is dependent on the local laws and partnerships with payment processors in each country.

Creating a Facebook Fundraiser is a straightforward process. Here are the steps you can follow to set up your fundraiser:

● First off, head to your Page’s Feed. It’s required to create a fundraiser.

● Now, look to the left menu and click on “Fundraisers”. If you don’t see it there, don’t panic! Just hit “See more” and it should pop up.

● Next up, let’s kickstart your fundraiser. Click on “+ Raise Money” from the left menu.

● Time to choose your cause! Search for the charity close to your heart that you want to support.

● Now, under “Details” in the left menu, you’ve got the power to customize your fundraiser:

a) Set the amount you aim to raise. Remember, every little bit helps, and you don’t have to hit your goal for the charity to benefit.

b) Choose your currency.

c) Pick the end date for your fundraiser.

d) Craft a catchy title and share your story. Let people know why this cause matters to you!

e) Don’t forget to add a vibrant cover photo to make your fundraiser stand out.

● Feeling good about your setup? Take a quick peek at the preview on the right to make sure everything looks just right.

● Hit the “Create” button.

After creating your fundraiser, you can share it on your Feed or other social media platforms to encourage donations.

But not everyone can use this fundraiser feature. There are a few countries which are not allowed to create a Facebook Fundraiser. I have listed them below.
